My Project

I'm a 5th grade teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district. My students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. One of those challenges being the fact that they don't have adequate school supplies due to economic hardships they face at home. Our students come from a variety of different economic backgrounds with 100% of our students receiving free lunch.

My project is for a class set of Chromebook chargers to install in our Chrome Cart.

We have a nice and neat way to store our Chromebooks, however, it did not come with any chargers. We would love to be able to install and have chargers here in class so that students are not carrying their chargers back and forth to school each day.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
