This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This school year, our school is facing major budget cuts, including cuts to certified and support staff. Due to these cuts, class sizes have drastically increased. These increases will create learning hardships as well as limited spaces in the classroom to accommodate record numbers of students in a single classroom.
The standing desk adapter requested in this project will allow me to remove my large teacher desk from the classroom and open up space for my students.
The rolling cart will also allow us to remove the traditional bulky filing cabinet and open up even more learning space.
Help me provide my 31 students with the physical space they need to learn and grow academically. Thank you for recognizing the impact of this project!
