My Students

Morning meeting is a very special time for my students. It is a time where each child is able to share personal experiences, and we work on building positive relationships in the classroom.

We are identified as an IB school in an urban district.

My students are eager to learn and often inquire about the world around them. They spend a great deal of time growing and developing into citizens of the world. The time spent during our morning meeting is essential in creating an atmosphere in which each child feels comfortable and able to express themselves.

My Project

Having a special carpet will help my students have a place to join together and feel a part of something unique. We will be able to sit comfortably for morning meetings. It will help to provide a positive environment for each student to share their thoughts.

As an urban school with limited resources, having this special carpet will give my students a sense of belonging.

It will enhance the classroom and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.
