Second graders are a curious, intelligent and intuitive bunch and this year is no different! Their expanding minds and zest for knowledge shine. With a little independence under their belts, they are ready for new adventures!

These second graders exceed the impossible and surpass many goals that are set. They have the challenge of not only reaching academic heights but venturing through social, emotional and behavioral road blocks set in their paths. But don’t be fooled - they are unstoppable!
My Project
Second grade is such a fun and engaging time for students! Todays' students have many technology resources available to them. As their teacher, I love to incorporate technology into the students' learning. Our students have individual Chromebooks that they can use for this learning. Often this requires a great deal of clicking, dragging and moving of the cursor. This becomes a challenge with my students!
My students need computer mice that connect to their Chromebooks.
Technology can be a fantastic resource for classroom learning but can be hindered when students struggle moving the cursor. Having a computer mouse for each of my students would help us get past the "details" of technology and spend more time engaged in it!
