My Students

I teach mathematics, science and computer science to fabulous fourth graders! My classes are full of energetic 9 and 10 year old superstars who make coming to work fun. We have a busy, engaging and exciting learning environment where students learn in a variety of ways.

Through blended learning, hands-on activities, project-based learning and cooperative work, students are able to explore concepts to form deeper understanding.

Helping each of my students reach their fullest potential is what drives me to continually make improvements in our classroom!

My Project

Our school uses differentiated learning computer programs for math and reading. Many students come to us without head phones. Head phones are critically important to their learning! They receive individualized lessons based on their own specific needs. Unfortunately, many students don't have head phones or ear buds and have to read the close captions for instruction. Please help level the playing field for my amazing fourth graders! The impact will be felt immediately in our classroom. Thank you for considering my classes! They are bright young students who are eager to succeed.
