My Students

The wrestlers on our team are using outdated equipment. They are hard working group and could use an upgrade to our facilities. Because wrestling is an extracurricular sport, most of our team funds come from donations and fundraising. Our team includes high-school boys and girls who go the extra mile in training and community service. Not only do they work together to develop their own skills, but they also educate the local youth in an afterschool youth program. They are a polite, hard-working, well adjusted group of young students. Any donations to this awesome group of kids would be amazing.

My Project

Strength is an important factor in wrestling. Training safety is also a factor. Medicine balls can be a great way to help wrestlers safely train. Strength training help reduce the risk of injury to athletes. Strength training also can give kids confidence that lasts throughout their lives. Medicine balls are very versatile and compact. They can be used by even those students who have never trained with weights before. Medicine balls can help wrestlers with explosive movements which help in many aspects of wrestling. Please help our wrestlers to get the equipment they need to train safely and become the best wrestlers they can be!
