My Project
As a teacher I'm constantly looking for tools to improve student concentration and to ease anxiety. Flexible seating works great for active learners and helps them to quietly get the wiggles out. I have seen over the years how student confidence and academic success has improved. Breathing techniques are used frequently in the classroom too. The Breathing Meditation Light will help students to regulate their emotions independently. As a teacher I have to stop what I am doing and guide each emotional or upset student. Having this light would allow students to have a tool to self regulate unassisted which is every teacher's goal!
