My Students
My students are from NY. We are a Title I school, and the basic principle of Title I is that schools with large concentrations of low-income students will receive supplemental funds to assist in meeting students' educational goals. With that being said, my students are the most grateful people I have ever met! When they get to use supplies that maybe they don't have at home, it's an exciting feeling! In class, we often get to use clay, paint, and paper mache. It is a great feeling for both the students and me to know they have the items they need to complete a project. The children really do benefit from hands-on activities. The students are eager to share their projects with you.
My Project
I am requesting a large amount of pencils to have on hand if we have a blended learning platform. With this new platform of learning and working from school and home its important for me to have extra supplies on hand like a number two pencils. I am also requesting a storage cart that will enable me to travel from room to room so in the event that students can not move from class to class I would be able to put my supplies in place.
Please help us get the supplies we need to be has successful as possible during blended learning time.
