Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I teach at a school where students are held to very high standards both in the classroom and in every sense of the word student-athletes. My students are challenged on a daily basis to always be better today than they were the previous day. Students are eager to get better on a daily basis. Students are more than willing to learn and to do whatever it takes to be put in the position to be successful both in the classroom and on the field.

My Project

My student-athletes are in desperate need of practice equipment. Some times players have to go to other schools to use equipment we do not have enough tools to have a quality practice. We lose so many chin straps every year having to figure where to turn to for more. This will save us a ton of time and money to help our team improve on the things that matter most and that is getting on the football field and maximizing practice time during the week in preparation for game day!

These chin straps will go with our primary colors but again they will be needed as they are a vital part of any football program.
