My Students
Our students come from the inner city. They are good children and they are eager to learn. Many students come from challenging backgrounds and they depend on school to be a safe and important part of their day. Our students receive free breakfast and lunch.
Our students are in serious need of many school-related items.
The students are kind and compassionate. They work and play well together. Most importantly they believe in community and they love school.
My Project
We need access to quality bottled water. The students need to drink more water and students are allowed to keep them at their desks. This nearly eliminates the need for a trip down the hallway to the fountain which adds up to lost learning time.
Bottled water is a necessary luxury that students deserve!
By encouraging students to drink water we offer a healthier thirst quencher than sugar-filled soda or juice drinks. Please consider us for a water bottle donation! Thank you.
