We Need Books for Home Book Clubs!

My Students

Our school is filled with incredible students who love to come to school every day! They are such happy individuals with so much empathy and curiosity! The staff at our school learns as much from the students as the students do from us about life and the world.

My students bring many different cultures from around the world into our classroom every day, creating a rich and deep learning environment.

It is an amazing environment to teach about diversity because it is so evident. I am truly indebted to my students for all they teach me about life and their culture.

My Project

Our 4th grade students love book clubs and during this time of remote learning, connecting students is a big priority! We want students to have the ability to discuss books and share ideas in a book club setting--which means the students all need to have access to the same book.

The goal is that next month all of our 4th graders can launch into small book clubs, but we need book sets!

The goal is to have the books available for the next pick up event on November 18th. We can't wait to provide this opportunity for all students in 4th grade.
