This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love to create art, but where do they put it? In a bookbag? On the ceiling? On their heads? No! On the walls of course!
Help my students have a safe and secure place to hang their artwork that will not damage our school.
We need bulletin boards!
These particular bulletin boards will be used as a makeshift art gallery along the walls of our cafeteria so students can hang their artwork safely, securely, and temporarily so their peers can see their achievement. It is super important for students to feel like their artwork is a success and to do that we need to be able to share it with the community.
Currently we hang our artwork using staples directly on the walls and it is damaging the surface; ruining their artwork. Without your donation our students will not be able to hang up and display their artwork!
