Help me give my students a winter reset! Our Expo Dry Erase Markers are nothing but dry, and our coloring supplies are less than colorful, like our Crayola crayons and colored pencils.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My third-grade students are full of curiosity and determination. They love to explore the outdoors and watch life develop in our chicken and goat yard. The students develop a love of reading, writing, and independent learning.
The students achieve remarkable gains in the face of adversity.
Many students receive free and reduced meal plans, uniform assistance, and school organized medical assistance when possible. They often come from broken homes or bounce from family member to family member. While I can't give them everything they need, but I can provide them a classroom full of warmth and love to help them grow.
My Project
Our class is looking for a way to refresh and reset the work. We have worked our tails off and used up our supplies along the way. Now we could use more to keep us going.
Many of our students start the year with no school supplies, and this project would fully stock our classroom basics for the rest of the year...maybe even some of next year.
We use our Expo Dry Erase Markers daily for station work, small group practice, and additional work space to save on paper. We like to be eco-friendly at our environmental school. The kids love the opportunity to color and draw to interact with the things they are learning and to make illustrations for their stories, and we all know Crayola Crayons and Colored Pencils are the best! We need these basics, so please help a class out! Lastly, some fun Astro Bright Colored papers would help us brighten up any important papers, so kids and parents are less likely to lose them.
