My students need 35 stackable stools to create and save room in our class.
This project expired on August 31, 2014.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
I am incredibly blessed to be able to influence students. I have such a wonderful, enthusiastic group of fifth graders. My students come to school every day eager and ready to learn. Our problem is space. With thirty-five to forty-five students in my room at one time space is a valuable commodity.
My students are amazing kids, whose enthusiasm for learning and knowledge would make any teacher proud.
They love learning new things and being challenge. I have a classroom overflowing with students, making space a premium. My classroom space was designed for just 30 students, while my numbers exceed those, we do the best we can. My school is the largest elementary school in our district making funding difficult for items that, while not essential, would make our live that much easier.
With school budgets being what they are, and classrooms busting at the seams, with higher and higher numbers of students, places to sit are hard to come by. My students need these stools to create more space in our room. These Marius stools will be a wonderful addition to my classroom and can be easily stacked so that they take up very little room. These stackable stools will also mean that every time we have small group instruction, my students won't have to carry their chairs around the classroom and from group to group. The seat measures 12 5/8" in diameter.
By contributing to my project, classroom learning time can be maximized, as well as a having a safer classroom environment.
My students will feel so much more comfortable by coming to a neat and organized classroom, where we aren't so squished. They will feel more empowered in the fact that their room is not the room with the mismatched chairs are.
