My Students
My school is in Norfolk, Virginia. We are a Title I school where all students receive free breakfast, many receive free or reduced lunch. At our school there is a heavy population of special education and English language learners.
My students are hard workers who deserve every advantage they can get.
Especially this year with Covid. We work hard to create a sense of community where all types of learners are valued and welcome. You would find their empathy, inclusiveness and understanding to top notch.
My Project
These gift cards will provide me with the gift of time. Access to well made teacher materials that are aligned to our curriculum will allow me more time to work with students. My students love these well made resources that are beyond my ability to make. They really enjoy pixel art, drag and drop sorts and interactive passages. In these tough times of teaching these moments that they enjoy and ask to do more are the light that keep us going. Please consider helping me provide these opportunities for my amazing students.
