I have 21 Kindergarteners that would love to have some new pencil sharpeners and some other small classroom supplies. The sharpeners we have currently, no longer function well enough to sharpen properly.
My students love to write in their journals!
We do daily writing lessons and they get a chance to draw pictures and write about them in their writing binders. Since we do so much writing with pencils in other subject areas in our classroom, our pencil sharpeners have seen a lot of use.
We also do a lot of activities, in both literacy and math, that use a lot of dry erase markers. We like to save on paper and use dry erase pockets with the markers. That way the activities can be reused. These basic supplies will help out greatly on a daily basis.
