The materials I am requesting will be used daily in the classroom. The Kleenslate Dry Erase boards are fantastic because they not only reduce paper waste/expense, but they allow the students to quickly hold up and share their work with me. Because they allow you to put any type of paper inside, they can be used for all sorts of activities, especially writing and math. The journals will give them a space to write/draw freely and keep track of their writing progress from beginning of the year all the way to the end. It will also allow their parents to see and appreciate their yearly progress. The magnetic letters will be used during center time as a fun way to practice spelling and sight words. It's important that my students have various ways to practice, as it helps with learning and retaining the information.
