My Project
My students love to listen to stories and practice their reading skills! During read-aloud, I love having multiple copies of books, so each child can have a copy to follow along with. When they have free time, they use the books I’ve read during read-aloud and recite and “read” what they remember. However, all those little hands eagerly flipping through favorite pages can cause damage to the books.
I would love to have several copies of our favorite books, and books that go along with our curriculum studies including Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, The Hungry Caterpillar, Snowy Day, and Pete the Cat Rocking in His School Shoes.
My students would love to have more copies to read during free time, and I would love to be able to give those to them while still keeping my teacher's copy safe and damage-free.
