My Project
Many of the students in our 6th grade class are rediscovering the joy and wonder of learning. They are getting back into reading for enjoyment and having amazing books at their fingertips makes this more easily attainable.
Colorful, hands on resources for math helps students enter math discussions more easily and gets past the fallacy that they aren't "math kids".
Before they know it students are using higher order mathematical thinking and sharing their thoughts with their peers. The provided items can give students the boost they need. They can make a difference.
