This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love it when we celebrate their academic and emotional success! It's their day to shine as they walk across the stage to receive awards for their hard work, dedication, and citizenship.
Honor Roll medallions are what we need.
Although certificates are great as well, students really feel honored to wear the medallions around the school knowing we see them!
We just had our first awards ceremony in November, so I am gearing up for the next one in January 2025! Our parents came to support their kids and this is such a great way to keep our students motivated! We love to acknowledge them and they love to shine!
