My Project
I am requesting funding support for a class set of "The Wild Robot Escapes" series by Peter Brown.
"The Wild Robot Escapes" is a captivating and thought-provoking series that follows the adventures of Roz, a robot struggling to find her place in the natural world.
Through its compelling narrative, the series explores themes of friendship, resilience, and the importance of empathy, making it an ideal addition to our classroom library.
Here are some reasons why I believe this series would greatly benefit my students:
Promoting Literacy: Access to high-quality literature is essential for developing strong literacy skills. "The Wild Robot Escapes" series offers rich language, complex characters, and vivid imagery that will help expand my students' vocabulary and comprehension abilities.
Fostering a Love for Reading: Engaging students in reading from a young age is crucial for instilling a lifelong love of learning.
