My Project

I teach very active and curious kindergartners! One of my favorite times is reading to them each day. Story time is such a great way to teach and bond with students at the same time.

Since I read 2-3 books to my class a day, my class library runs out quickly.

New books can help my students grow in comprehension and gain new vocabulary. Quality stories can also help them make connections to the world around them.

After reading, I always give students access to the books so they are able to practice reading on their own and retell.
