My students need three Comfy Seats and a Comfy Couch for comfortable chairs to sit in while reading in our classroom library. These new chairs would help my students get comfortable while learning to read. I want to create a warm and inviting learning environment in my classroom. Many of my students don't have the opportunity at home to curl up in a comfy spot at home and practice reading. Hopefully, the kids in my class could view learning to read as an enjoyable experience that would spark a lifelong love of reading. Comfortable reading spots could also help keep my Kindergartners engaged while independently reading with classmates and help cut back on behavior issues. This would allow me to have more successful guided reading groups.
