We Love Reading With a Friend!

My students need these great books and stuffies to finish off a project and goal of mine to have student friendly books with matching stuffed characters to go with them!

My Students

My students are amazing! I teach in a school that is multi-cultural to the core! We are a high poverty school, but our belief is that all of our students will reach their full potential with our support.

At our school, we strive to have the community and classroom working together to best serve our students.

Many students are coming to us with very little English language experience. The items in this project are to enhance their love of reading!!

My Project

These books and stuffed characters will inspire students to read, read, read!!! Many of my students are struggling readers. It is my hope that they will be excited to read with cuddly stuffed characters, giving them much needed practice time.

Research shows that the best way to improve in reading is to READ!!

The books and plush characters will be an interesting way to motivate my students to build their reading skills and stamina. With many characters to choose from, they will be interested in reading many different books to learn about each of the characters, and they will boost their reading levels in a happy way.
