This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My second-grade students are awesome. Their creative, hard-working, and curious nature makes them a great class! It is evident that they are eager to learn and have a heart of gold. As soon as they arrive at school, they have an attitude of "I can do it" and jump right in. They also love reading.

These Mo Willems books will be placed in our classroom library for my students to enjoy and jump into reading.

My students love reading great books, and these books will certainly engage their interest!
