This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I've spent countless hours researching the science of reading in hopes of raising student literacy scores in both Spanish and English. While learning more about foundational skills in both reading and writing, I realized that I am in need of a few materials to help with my teaching.

I am asking for the following items:

Customizable white boards to help with orthographic mapping, colorful magnets to segment sounds, decoding activities to boost fluency, a teacher textbook about literacy so that I can continue my learning and so much more.
