Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students LOVE Graphic novels and Manga series. They especially love the Dog Man series (Hombre Perro in Spanish), Cat Kid (El Club de Supergatito in Spanish) books, and the Dragon Ball Z Manga series. There are several books in each series that we don't have a copy of, and I just know that they will fly off the shelves when they arrive. I have also added some new graphic novels that I think they will be excited to read.

My students are extremely motivated to read when they have the right books.

Please help put graphic novels into their hands! These books help them develop a love for reading while at the same time improving their literacy.
