We Love Cars, Trucks and Things that Go!

Help me give my students cars, trucks, books, stickers, kinetic sand and storage containers to keep them safe!

My Project

My younger students are loving things that go! When you talk with these students they will talk to you for as long as you want about trucks and cars. I want to encourage their language and storytelling skills by adding car and truck materials to their play. The Magnatile car bases would allow the students to follow directions to build their own cars and trucks. They would work on their social language skills for requesting actions and objects while playing with Matchbox cars.

Help me give my students materials to encourage play based learning while targeting speech/language skills that will help them in the future.

Giving them these materials will increase their motivation during sessions as well as expand their play schemes for classroom play.

The Goodnight Construction Site book series will provide motivating books to help them work on answering story questions. The kinetic sand, storage boxes and construction toys would allow them to create construction scenes while working on expanding their language.
