My Students

Students in my class are unfailingly kind. I have never seen a more positively caring group! They love helping others and making sure everyone has a great day at school. It is a regular sight to see students giving each other compliments and “Shout Outs,” and being a good friend to those around the school.

Because of their unwavering positivity and courage to always choose kindness, each of my students deserves a standing ovation for the work that they do each day in making the world a better place. They are truly inspiring.

My Project

For my 5th grade students, each school day begins with reading. This is no coincidence. Because our mornings are met with uncertainty due to the pandemic, we turn to our books and favorite stories to find comfort, stability, love, hope, and positivity.

Our beloved classroom library brings us inspiration and motivation to face the obstacles found within our day.

By helping fund our book project, you are giving my students the opportunity to interact with new stories and adventures with their peers. You are giving them the tools they need to feel happy and safe while experiencing the daily stressors of COVID-19.
