We Like to Move It, Move It!

Help me give my students this much needed playground equipment to keep them busy moving and interacting with each other.

My Students

My P-K through 6th grade students are all bright and active individuals who love to play outside when Mother Nature cooperates. We are a small rural school in Western Maine with lots of room outside on our playground to run, play, and be active.

My students love to play interactive games together when they have the right equipment to do so.

Recently we have experienced a shortage of much needed, heavy duty playground balls and equipment for all to use and be active.

My Project

Playground equipment is much needed at my small rural school. Recently we realized the current playground equipment is getting old and tired. It is in need of replacing. Many of the students end up standing around instead of moving around. Oh no!!!

New playground equipment will encourage students to interact with each other and to move and be active during recess time.

Heavy duty equipment made for outdoor use is just what they all need in grades P-K through 6th.

Childhood obesity is on the rise, and students need encouragement to move. New playground equipment is just what we need to promote fitness and good physical health.
