My students are empowered! They drive their own center work during reading time while I work with small groups. They are learning so much each day, but we still need some items so that we can meet our end of the year goals!

They soak up everything I tell them. Having these items for our classroom would really help inspire them to use technology more often.
My school is wonderful! It's full of eager students ready to take on the day each morning. My school is high poverty, with most students being on free and reduced lunch. It serves students in kindergarten through sixth-grade with three to four teachers per grade, therefore it's a big school! Our classroom would benefit highly from having headphones so that the students can hear the computer without having to bend their heads down next to the speaker.
My Project
My students will be using the headphones for listening on the computer and Ipads. They will listen to stories, use Imagine Learning, and reading and math online. Students will use the timers to help them reach their fluency goals in reading by timing themselves. My students will also use the books in their listening center. All materials will be used by the students every day! I promise nothing will go untouched!
Donations will help my classroom because it will improve student performance.
When students experience success in the classroom, it changes their whole outlook on education. When a student loves to learn, it opens many doors for that child's future. Successful futures begins with education.
