it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Hello, I am a third and fourth grade inclusion teacher at a highly disadvantaged public school in the Bronx. We have an overhead projector, but we do not have a screen! It is very difficult to use the projector in our room without a screen because the room lacks a wall space that can be easily covered up in time for lessons.
An overhead projector screen would help all of the students each day, and in all subjects. During math, sample problems could be done by myself or one of the students and be projected for the class, and during reading and writing we can look at vocabulary words and edit sentences on the overhead. This will help all of the students to be inspired to do their best work.
I would also like to have my students be able to present projects using the technology of the overhead projector. It is very important for students to learn at as young of an age as possible how to use technology in their lives.
A projection screen would benefit each one of my 25 students more than words can express. Thank you so much in advance!
