My Project

The development of healthy fitness goals toward wellness has been proven to increase concentration and motivation in youth. When participating among fellow peers they improve positive behaviors and the ability to cooperate working together in group-oriented settings.

It's no surprise that today's students are impacted more by an increase in heightened, social-emotional development and other mental health conditions.

Increasing their exercise and opportunity for physical activities helps their brains release enhanced levels of dopamine and positive chemicals which promote proper brain function in addition to helping them with their overall moods.

The requested equipment would help to replenish some of our sports items that have become weathered and/or unusable during our quality time at outdoor-only accessible P.E. classes. My students seek equipment, physical activities, and interests that can be utilized on the courts, in the fields, and in their own classrooms.
