My Project

We are excited to announce the launch of a new project focused on experiential learning from nature at our Pre-K. Our educational approach is rooted in hands-on experiences, particularly in the field of science.

Our school prides itself on fostering a diverse learning environment, drawing from a wide range of backgrounds.

As a magnet school, our commitment is to provide an enhanced educational experience.

For this project, we will be utilizing scientific tools to provide our students with a more detailed understanding of our environment. The project will cover topics such as life cycles, bubble dynamics, animal classification, magnetism, and bird species diversity.

Our investigative process will involve the use of light tables and light trays for closer examination of our resources. We aim to cultivate curiosity and promote scientific investigation. Wind dynamics will also be explored through the use of pinwheels. To recognize our young scientists' efforts, we will be awarding them with stickers.

We anticipate that our hands-on approach may lead to some mess, but rest assured, cleanup supplies are readily available.

We look forward to embarking on this journey of environmental education with our students.
