My Students

I have a wonderful group of students this year. They are kind and so fun to work with. Having such a small class, I feel like I am working with my family members, we are a very close-knit group!

I have never had such an empathetic, caring group of students!

I feel these kids would be great ambassadors of good will and positive energy school wide! My students would also like to do more group work in Math. Thank you!

My Project

These books and materials such as Learning to Get Along book set and It's Okay to Be Different, will help build my character education program. We will share our lessons about working together with K-2 students. We will incorporate books and role playing.

My students will be ambassadors of good character traits.

We will spend several hours a week focusing on a given attribute, such as responsibility, empathy, honesty.

Our school already has a character education program. I feel these resources will enhance that program as well as give my students an opportunity to share their own experiences with their younger peers. I feel strongly that part of my job is to send good, well balanced people into the world.
