Help me give my students all the supplies (pencil sharpener, pencils, easel pads) they need to succeed! Our classroom is in need of some basics and the desk chair and cushions are seating choices that students can earn by demonstrating positive behavior!
The students attending my school come from multiple cultural backgrounds with most students benefiting from free and reduced breakfast and lunch. Many of my students also benefit from a weekend backpack program, allowing them to have meals while not in school.
My students are eager and excitable fifth graders who come ready to learn each and every day, despite their personal struggles.
It is my duty and desire to provide them a safe, positive and productive learning environment and help them grow as individuals.
My Project
As we enter the new year, our classroom is in desperate need of some basics items that make learning possible!
Our beloved pencil sharpener has finally worn itself out and we are now in need of both new pencils and a way to sharpen them.
We use anchor chart paper to create group presentations and create academic posters for our classroom. We are requesting some new seating options as my students work hard every day to earn choice seating , they have requested the addition of a swivel chair and more cushions to keep our classroom fresh and fun!
Thank you for considering donating to my classroom!
