Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

We are a small school housed in an older school building located on the south side of Chicago. We do amazing things for our students here which sets us a part from any other school in the state. Unfortunately, our school is not equipped with an intercom system and we have to use radios to communicate if a student is needed in another area of the school but most importantly for our safety drills. This is not the most effective way to keep our students safe while in the school building! We are pleading for your assistance in assisting with purchasing items for our students.
