My Project
At the beginning of the year, in a new 4th Grade Math classroom, I quickly learned what things we needed but could not afford. This is also my first year teaching 4th Grade Math.
These items may seem minor but in a Title I school district we get by with what we have.
The extra dry erase graph boards, calendars, etc are usually not fit into our budget. My students and I would love to add these things in our classroom to help grow our minds!!!
Very early on I realized content students were missing but unsure how to include it daily and continue on with grade appropriate content. Large calendars make writing the date more fun and it keeps them from realizing I'm teaching content they are behind on.
