My students need a protective case for the iPad. The stylus pen will help with the development of fine motor skills. A stapler is needed for classroom purposes.
This project expired on February 20, 2016.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
Every morning the students are welcomed with a friendly greeting! As a class, we have morning circle where we wish each other well and get ready for the day.
All of the students in my class are kindergarten age and diagnosed with autism.
They are all fun loving and eager to learn. The students in my class attend the regular education class for inclusion purposes everyday for whole group and small group activities. The school as a whole is a very inviting place to be. I am very fortunate to be a teacher here!
The students in my class respond well to a multi sensory approach to learning. Hands-on activities are a part of our daily schedule in all areas of the curriculum. I am fortunate to have one iPad in the classroom that is readily available for the students to use. The iPad cover and accessories will be very helpful so each student is able to enjoy and use the iPad.
The students in my class are very bright and always eager to learn.
The learning disabilities of my students vary and I am always looking for fun and unique ways to present materials. With different types of technology and hands-on activities, every student will able to succeed this school year!
