My Students

Remember when learning was fun? My students need activities that makes learning fun.

My students attend a school that lacks many of the extra resources that makes learning fun.

I have spent a lot of my own money trying to create different learning opportunities in my classroom. This is my first year teaching first grade and need things that will help them with reading and writing.

My Project

These magnetic boards and letters will let my students work independently or with a partner on their mastery of sight and spelling words. These are great literacy centers that students can work around the room with while I work with small groups. The more practice they get with the use of these, the better readers and writers they will become.

Your donation will make my class of first graders very happy.

They will get to use hands-on manipulatives which is always fun, make them independent learners and give them a chance to become better readers in the future!
