My second-grade students are lovable, energetic children, who are always eager to learn new things. They look forward to school each day because they are provided with inquiry-based learning. Creating projects and learning new things are a part of our everyday learning experience.
Our school has a K through eighth-grade student body.
Our goal is to provide the most enriching, challenging education possible for all of our students. Our beautiful classroom is a warm, caring environment, conducive to all types of wonderful learning experiences.
My Project
Our class will be learning about the country of Japan. We will complete an in-depth study of Japan which will include the following topics: geography and its' impact on the culture, transportation, schools, food and visual arts. These books requested for this project will be used to create a diorama of one of the above-mentioned topics. The books will be great as they will allow the students to find interesting facts as well as visuals of each of Japan's beauty and culture. The students will also use the books to complete written summaries of their project as well as an oral presentation.
