This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items that I’ve requested will add to the growth of the classroom and the students. The supplies will aid in each student’s productivity. The beanbag chairs and lights will assist in reiterating that my classroom is a safe space where students not only learn but have a safe haven in the event that they need to have a “cool down” moment to refocus and recenter so that they can continue to be the best version of themselves in all classes. Our students deserve nothing but our best and by providing these items, they will see that they matter and are worth being invested in and poured into.
