My Project

A little play on words for this project. For this project I am asking for fun and educational board games for my third grade classroom. Since I will be teaching ELA to over 50 third graders, I would love for my students to have educational board games as a special treat on a Friday or even to use for indoor recess days.

Learning through play does not stop after you turn 6.

I think one of the best way students learn is through play and hands on learning experiences. What better way to offer that than good old fashioned board games. Games like Scrabble and Guess 10 are great games for students to apply their ELA skills as well as their problem solving skills.

Board games are great way to build a classroom family, teach social skills and for students to work together as a team. These board games will be so beneficial to my third graders.
