We Are Independent Readers!

Help me give my students a safe space to store their independent reading books!

My Project

In third grade, we move away from learning to read and toward reading to learn. An important part of this learning happens during Independent Reading. During this time, students choose books that are just right for them as readers, books that are interesting to them as readers, and books that will help them develop their reading fluency.

Having individual book boxes and a space to store them will allow my students to keep their reading materials in one place.

Taking care of our materials is a part of our Power of Three responsibilities and this space will make that agreement easier to keep!
