My Students

My students are the leaders of the future. I love how they are hard working and ambitious. They live in an under served and neglected community. They are so special because everyday, just getting to school is a struggle for my students. Dealing with family and community issues could really be discouraging, but they persevere. I provide a loving and safe place for them and they excel. I admire them so much for their courage. They are the real Super Heroes.

My Project

Imagine students rushing to school. Rushing to learn. Imagine the smiles as students are able to engage in learning in fun and exciting ways. Imagine as they read new books and their eyes are wide with wonder. Imagine them using math games and the joy they are experiencing. This is what you’ll see in my classroom as students utilize the wonder materials that your donations help purchase. The impact of education has on a child, their families and communities will be felt for years to come. Thank you so much for believing in the future and its possibilities. We are forever grateful.
