Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Incentives are one of the greatest ways to motivate students to stay on their best behavior or strive for excellence. This project is for classroom incentives for my students. When using positive behavior support and appropriate classroom management, research has shown a decrease in problems which increases academic achievements. Positive recognition is an excellent way to engage students.

Giving students incentives show them that their hard work is appreciated.

The students will earn prizes for passing reading levels, exit tickets, being kind, and demonstrating school values. These incentives will motivate students to continue being kind, show school wide values, and working towards meeting their learning goals in all content areas.
