My students need K-NEX supplies to build a model theme park and complete their business plan.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
By now, it is clear that education has to change its way: teachers should follow their students' lead and facilitate learning. This is why this proposal has been written by my fourth graders. "We want to make learning fun; not sit in our chair all day long, watching and listening to the teacher."
Our public school tries to offer the best to the kids who come from economically disadvantaged families.
75% of the students are African American alongside with Latin and Asian children. This situation offers unlimited opportunities to learn tolerance and team work while discovering new perspectives. However, our school and our families can't afford the sources we need to support academic knowledge and improve student achievement.
My Project
If we create a theme park model, we will be standing, learning, and having fun. This project isn't going to be boring because we will be designing something new. It is going to help us in math, science, art, and researching. We need the K-Nex to build the roller coasters. These supplies would also help improve our creative and cooperation skills and teach us how to build 3D shapes. This project is part of our social justice action; we want to charge an entrance fee for visitors as a fund raiser and send the money to Free the Children.
My students are greatly excited by their project and they are eager to read, study, or research anything related to it.
However, without the K-NEX, they won't be able to realize their dream. Your donation would change the way they view education forever! And you would be supporting one of the most famous charities in the US! Thank you in advance for being an agent of change.
