Watercolor Materials Needed for Creative 4th Graders

My Students

I teach fourth grade at a public school in Riverton, Utah. We like to be up and moving around when possible, but we also have times when we have to buckle down and really concentrate.

My students are energetic and excited about learning.

They come from various backgrounds and their families are very supportive of their education. We learn so much and have so much fun in fourth grade!

My Project

Fourth graders love art! And they can be so creative. But good materials in an elementary classroom are hard to come by. Watercoloring on printer paper is just a disaster. So are cheap watercolor paint pallets.

I want my students to be amazed at their own creations so that they feel like real artists!

I have some projects that I love to do with my students, but I’ve ended up spending my own money to get quality art products for them to use. I’d love to stock my classroom with better supplies for water coloring.
