My Project
Adaptability is the one term that comes to mind when I think of our exceptional student body. Our students consistently show up to class despite confronting a variety of challenges outside of the classroom. There are some exceptionally bright youngsters in our school district, and they should have access to the best education possible. They come from low-income backgrounds, and my students all attend a Title I school. There are many cases where students from low-income families no other options than attending school.
My students have been directly affected by a water crisis alert for the past 3 months.
So that their children can drink safely, these students and their families have to buy extra water and boil it first. This has had far-reaching consequences for my kids, who now have to bring their own water to school or, in extreme situations, do without. We request a constant supply of water for the students in school. Since the water fountains are off-limits due to a boil water notice, they go through the day feeling thirstier. So that students always have access to clean drinking water, will allow me to keep water in my classroom. Every effort must be made to ensure that nothing stands in the way of providing the greatest education possible to our students. The water will be a great asset for my students.
