This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I work with lower income students. Many of these students don’t have water bottles to fill up at our bottle filling stations. I try to provide cups, but we have to constantly provide new cups.
Students are really thirsty after specials like PE and I would like to provide them with bottles to help them stay hydrated.
Also, we know water helps with focus and we definitely need the students to stay focus.
I work with some of the sweetest students that just need some extra love and support.
